Pisano’s Pizza began with a memory — and a woman who made food with love.
That’s me, Frank Lombardi- Benson in the photo over 45 years ago, held by my Nonna. She was the heart of our family — always in the kitchen, always feeding people, and always bringing us together around the table.
Nonna didn’t follow recipes — she followed her heart. Her dough was handmade, her sauce slow-cooked, and every meal was served with warmth and care. Watching her work taught me that food isn’t just something you eat — it’s something you feel.
She’s the reason I opened Pisano’s Pizza. Everything we make here is rooted in what she passed down: real ingredients, traditional methods, and a deep love for bringing people together.
